Takoyaki Station

Welcome to the 3rd round of Takoyaki Station! Our goal, as always, is to encourage the creation of Chansoo fan works such as fanfiction, fanarts, among others; for and by Chansoo supporters.

As our previous two rounds, the first activity in our fest is prompting! Up next, you will find our general  fest guidelines among our prompting rules to participate in this activity.

And remember! You will have until May 15th 11:50pm to leave your prompt. Have fun!


A few quick reminders about this fest:

» There are no limit to how much you can prompt, the more the merrier.
» You don't have to write to prompt, or vice versa. We welcome any form of participation.
» Writers will be asked for their top three preferred prompts, in order of preference. Final prompt received will be the first preference that's not yet claimed.
» For this fest, we do not allow non con, dub con, incest, pedophilia, and discrimination of race or gender. We also do not allow discrimination of any EXO current or past member.
» Please specify if your prompt has triggering content (see form).
» Self prompt is allowed. You can fill out the self-prompt form to let us know what your idea is, otherwise the rules and dates are the same as normal prompts.
» Your final work should be 1000 words minimum. Please use word count.
» And minimum word count for the check-in is 800.

1. The prompt must be chansoo-centric (OT3 or more are allowed as long as chansoo are included). End-game chansoo is preferred unless there is character death or other plot twists


2. Please refrain from revealing or talking about your chosen prompt until after reveal. Let's have fun guessing who the writers are.


3. Please no prompts that are too specific/long/short - be specific enough to convey your ideas but not so much that it restricts the writer’s creativity.


4. Please include a prefered rating for your prompt.


5. Prompts should not include fic length requirement.


6. Let us show you some examples of how not to prompt:

✘ Too specific - ex. Chanyeol and Kyungsoo are childhood friends who are inseparable and have a love-hate relationship. They did everything together and eventually developed feeling for each other. However, neither decides to say anything. Then one day Chanyeol got himself a girlfriend without telling Kyungsoo and that puts an enormous strain on their relationship. They fight, then ignore each other, and basically just cause a lot of unnecessary pain for themselves and each other. Eventually, they make up because they miss each other too much and finally confess their feelings. In the end, they live happily ever after, and ofc have sex too (protection is important!). Childhood-friends AU / fluff / romance / humour / Must have jealous kyungsoo / make Chanyeol cry at least once. (You’re stifling the writer’s creativity D: That’s a no-no)

✘ Too vague - ex. Chanyeol and Kyungsoo are animals and they do cute stuff together. Fluffy love please. (You’re going to stress the writers out for trying to figure out exactly what you want D: That’s also a no-no.)


Prompt: please don't be too specific or too vague with your prompt.
Rating: the maximum rating you will read, G to NC-17.
Trigger: please specify if your prompt contains sensitive subject such as death, abuse, self harm, under age, extreme kinks, etc. For this fest, we do not allow non-consensual or dubious-consent sex, incest, pedophilia, and discrimination of race or gender.
Bonus: additional things you'd like to see in your filled prompt, but aren't mandatory. Things like side pairings, specific kinks, an event, a mention of certain favorite thing, etc.
Squicks: things you absolutely do not wish to see in your filled prompt, such as triggers, or certain ships.
Username: you can provide LiveJournal or Twitter handle, website for Dreamwidth or ao3, a general name, or remain anonymous.
Email address: required field, in case there are questions about your prompt.
